Ducati Panigale V2 955 Full Titanium Exhaust System High Mount 2019-24
The Vandemon V2 High Mount full Titanium exhaust system is suited to those chasing maximum Hp for which the greater exhaust length can offer, over the belly system. Servicing is also made more simple by having the OEM belly mufflers removed making for greater access to the underside of the engine. Twin shortie mesh mufflers offer little resistance and magnify without restriction that unique Ducati V twin sound.
By utilising the latest manufacturing technics and exotic materials such as Titanium, we at Vandemon can significantly reduce the weight compared to the greater mass of the OEM exhaust system, which utilises a catalytic converter that heats more than the exhaust gases that exit the engine. This is a significant reason why many Panigale owners complain of uncomfortable heat from the exhaust radiating upwards whilst stationary and is almost eliminated with the exhaust system.
Weld quality is second to none with ultrasonically perfect welds, which Ducati owners would expect & appreciate for such an iconic brand of a motorcycle that only compliments this great marque.
Appearance:
Natural brushed finish which, when heated, changes to an iridescent blue and red. Unlike stainless steel, Titanium won't stain, corrode or ever need polishing due to Titanium's high acid and salt resistance which dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, further safeguarding against extended heat soak into body panels when stationary.
Manufacture:
At Vandemon, use a unique welding process that completely penetrates and makes for an ultrasonically perfect connection with a beautiful and consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.
